How to Start a Return
Email Us
at [email protected] with your order number.
Print the Label
We’ll send you a prepaid return label (if applicable).
Ship it back
and we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days of receiving the item.
The Fine Print (Spoiler: It’s Flexible)
- 180 days = No Questions Asked. If it’s been longer than 180 days, reach out anyway! We know some of you buy gear in the off-season and may not get a chance to test it right away. We’ll work with you to find a solution.
- Refunds go back to your preferred method. If you need it refunded differently than the original payment method, just let us know—we’ll make it work.
- Use your gear with confidence. We’d rather you take it out and truly put it to the test than worry about whether you can return it.
- Help us improve. If something didn’t meet your expectations, we’d love to hear why. Your feedback helps us make even better gear.
